Our Accommodation
As our range is extensive, we have featured only a few hotels, country lodges and safari camps in detail. These are representative of the type of places we recommend, usually independent hotels and lodges with character, friendly service and a great location, but we can tell you about many more to suit your taste and budget. Our hotels, lodges and safari camps are visited by our staff on a regular basis.
For your guidance, we have grouped the accommodation into the following categories:
Luxury - First class hotels and country house lodges offering immaculate service and often a stunning setting or superb grounds. The private game reserves, with their unsurpassed game-viewing and service, are also included in this category, although lodges are in remote locations and may not have all the facilities of a four or five star hotel!
Premier - Hotels and lodges with an excellent standard of accommodation, furnishings and facilities. When game-viewing, the more affordable private game lodges and bush camps are included in this category.
Standard - Good, comfortable country inns or guest lodges, and guest farms in Namibia. National Park accommodation when game-viewing. All rooms have en suite facilities.

How to use this site
When you spot a tour you fancy, look carefully at the departure dates, prices and information specific to that itinerary or country. We recommend reading our General
Information section. This is where you will find hints on when to travel and what to expect. You’ll also want to get to grips with the ‘meal plans’ used throughout this website, so check out the key above.
When you’re ready, email us or give us a ring. If you have chosen one of our tours, we will then check availability. If you need more advice, we will discuss your holiday with you and ask about your accommodation preferences, how active you wish to be, any special interests, how you want to travel and what you are looking for from your holiday. We will then propose an itinerary to suit your needs. Once you are happy with the arrangements, you complete and send us your booking form. At that point we will make firm bookings for you. |
