Abseil off Table Mountain

Head to the top of Table Mountain in Cape Town to enjoy the world’s longest commercial abseil. You step off the top of Table Mountain, at 1000 metres above sea level, and abseil into pure vertical space for approx. 112 metres. You are surrounded by awesome views with the deep blue Atlantic Ocean at your feet.

The abseiling operates on a daily basis, weather permitting between 10 am and 3 pm. The overall experience will take about 45 to 75 mins. Included in that time frame is a demonstration of the abseil, putting on the equipment and doing the abseil. You then have a short hike of 20-30 mins or so to get back on top of the mountain.
