A Note on Price
We’re often asked at an early stage to give an indication of how much it will cost.
We know why. You don’t know what a safari costs. You may be afraid that if you give a high budget, we’ll spend every last cent of it.
But a safari can be sublimely luxurious with a price tag to match. Or it can be much more modest. In some countries, such as South Africa, only some nights are spent “on safari”. In other countries every night is spent on safari.
Most safaris of any length will be expensive as typical per night safari cost is from $400 upwards. And much more if you opt for the World’s best game lodges, prime game-viewing areas, or peak season. But value is an equation and not an absolute, and few begrudge an investment in the thrill of a lifetime.
Mismatched Budgets & Dreams
Sometimes we have to break it to you that what you want to do – and what you have to spend – don’t match up. (This sometimes happens when you are trying to see so many different destinations that flight costs eat up too much of your budget.) Then you can either adapt your requirements or scale up your budget.
But value is an equation and not an absolute, and few begrudge an investment in the thrill of a lifetime.
