Namaqualand is known for its spring flowers, rare succulents, unique indigenous plants, rich history, hospitality, unreal rock formations and the Richtersveld. Daisy Country Lodge has magnificent views overlooking the Koppies and valleys and is truly an oasis in this dry desert area. The lodge is situated 4km outside of Springbok in the heart of the Namaqualand on 25 hectares of land.
The rooms are spacious and well-appointed with en suite bathrooms, private patio area, air-conditioning, satellite television, heaters for those cold winter mornings, stocked bar fridge, safe, hairdryer and tea/coffee facilities. The décor is country cheerful with lots of brightly coloured cushions and bedspreads.
Daisy Country Lodge's location means that it is a perfect for a two night stop on a flower tour or an overnight stop if travelling from the Cape to Namibia. There is a swimming pool to cool off in the heat of summer, restaurant and ‘braai facilities.
Bring the kids for a relaxing break in a farm style environment, where you can take walks in the surrounding Koppies, cycle, ride horses or run freely in the valleys. After a day full of fun and adventure, you can relax at the swimming pool, enjoy a nightcap at the bar or just enjoy the brilliant stars and fresh unpolluted air.
