The Drakensberg Walking Tour encompasses some of the best walking in KwaZulu Natal. The Drakensberg Mountains consist of gigantic basalt peaks and buttresses. Towering sandstone cliffs with hidden valleys, grassy slopes and pockets of indigenous forest supporting a rich diversity of plant life. It offers a superb range of mountain walking.

Our tour offers a diversity of walks – from forest walks, to dramatic river gorges and mountain hikes. We run this tour on a private basis to suit your travel dates with varying prices from 2 people up to 6 people.

The Base price below is for 4 people.  The alternative price shows the price per person if there are only two people travelling. Note that we can also offer a walking tour at a slightly lower price  using the services of the hotel walking guides (on a private basis) and with road transfers between the airport and the hotels.
