Overview
Amboseli National Park * Lewa Conservancy * Masai Mara National Park
This 9 night fly-in Kenya safari offers some of the highlights of Kenya. After a night in Nairobi at Hemingways, this safari visits three very different types of ecosystems while travelling in luxury. You encounter their inhabitants whose authentic, traditional and colourful tribal ways remain relatively untouched. You begin with 3 nights in Amboseli National Park, where you experience incredible views of Mount Kilimanjaro and witness some of Africa’s largest elephants. Next it is onto Lewa Wildlife Conservancy, a magnificent conservation success story (3 nights). The reserve is home to over 130 white and black rhino and the largest concentration of Grevy’s zebra in the world. Finally you fly onto the Masai Mara for 3 nights. Here you stay on a private conservancy at Elephant Pepper Camp. Here you enjoy prime wildlife viewing in an exclusive bush setting, before flying back to Nairobi.
There are a number of of conservation and community opportunities to learn about: Land & Life Foundation, Lewa Conservancy Rhino and Grevy’s Zebra conservation, Lewa Education Programme and the Amboseli Elephant Research Trust.
