This tour starts and finishes at Zanzibar airport. But we can easily quote on a connecting flight from Arusha (or Dar es Salaam)
Zanzibar has a wonderful mix of history and gorgeous beaches. It is also well connected to the main airports in East Africa so it is very convenient to add on a beach break component to your holiday itinerary.
Zanzibar is an alluring combination with rich slave trade history and beautiful beaches. The astoundingly white beaches of Zanzibar's east coast lead out to turquoise coral waters. These are perfect for swimming, snorkelling and diving. Zanzibar is also a wonderful place to try your hand at kite surfing. The climate is tropical and suitable for a beach holiday at any time of year, though April to early June can be quite rainy.

Mid-Range
There is a great selection of mid-range resort hotels. One of our favourites is the Z Hotel on Nungwi Beach (showing the price for a Seaview room here.) Other options in a similar bracket include Pongwe Beach Hotel (east coast), Ocean Paradise Resort and Blue Bay beach resort (both on the north-east coast).
