This tour is exactly as it explains. We show a 2 night extension tour to Victoria Falls using a variety of different accommodation.
Victoria Falls is one of the world’s most impressive waterfalls. It is set on the magnificent Zambezi River which creates the border between Zambia and Zimbabwe. The town of Victoria Falls, which lies adjacent to the waterfalls, serves as a great base from which to explore the many attractions this area of Zimbabwe has to offer.
The Falls is a truly awe-inspiring experience – the sights, sounds and, smell of nature’s supreme force. No photograph can begin to depict the reality… and nothing prepares you for your first sight. This takes the form of a walk in the natural rain-forest with a knowledgeable and informative local guide. You’ll discover how the Falls were formed and what local customs and traditions surround them. Take a raincoat and something to protect your camera!
The tour includes road transfers from the airport, a small group Victoria Falls tour and a sunset cruise. We can easily add on other excursions, or change the touring.
Please note that the price below doesn't include the flight into Victoria Falls as you may be flying in from Johannesburg, the Kruger National Park or Cape Town. This will be adding at time of quotation. The flight price also varies considerably depending on when you book, so we recommend booking as early as possible,

The Victoria Falls is a dramatic scenic contrast and a change of pace from the private game reserves. It is a sight not to be missed especially when the Zambezi river is in full flow. The Falls is on the border between Zimbabwe and Zambia. Each country offers a different viewing perspective.
Ilala Lodge is a friendly boutique 4 star hotel bordering the Victoria Falls National Park so the Falls are an easy walk away. There are charming rooms set in spacious lawns with a pleasant pool, pool bar and good restaurant.
Included activities are a morning small group tour of the Falls and an afternoon sunset cruise.

The most popular ones are a guided tour of the falls, a sunset cruise on the Zambezi River, helicopter and microlight scenic lights over the falls, white water rafting, a steam train journey over Victoria Falls Bridge & bungy jumping.
