Arguably, Tuludi is one of the most beautiful lodges I have seen in Botswana. Décor is outstanding. There’s a beautiful bar with firepit area. Beautiful swimming pool area, separate from main area, which I liked. I also enjoyed the treehouse library and wi-fi only being in the rooms, as that made the main area very sociable.
Food was great. Lovely lunch with salad, wraps, houmous, fish.. all to share around a communal table.
It is a mix of modern & traditional in terms of the camp decor. With a stunning setting overlooking floodplains.
Suites are spectacular – spacious 60 m2 connected by wooded walkway with sandy walkways for animals to roam naturally. With 3 charging points in rooms as well as on vehicle. And outside shower, inside shower AND bath. Air-con and hair-dryer which is pretty unusual in Botswana. Plus there’s a lovely outside sitting area with swinging chairs, and a private plunge pool.
Game drives were excellent – we saw three separate packs of wild dog. Also mokoro trips all year from Little Sable (more modest sister lodge nearby) and walking safaris. We even saw a male lion from the mokoros! And the surprise sundowner drinks set up in open plains were stylishly done!
- 7 spacious rooms including two-bedroom family unit (no outside shower for kids). You can add an extra bed to suites – it takes kids 6 years and older
- Spectacular treehouse library
- Beautiful mosaic bar
- Tree slide which is adult proof (FUN!)
- 7 pax per vehicle
- WiFi in rooms only (yeah!)
